KIMMEL Life Ltd. Ltd will not accept returns or refunds for 'change of mind' once a purchase has been made. Any customer who is concerned their product is damaged or faulty can contact us via our contact us page to discuss the refund. All return requests must email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving their order.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@kimmel.life and send your item to our store address (will be provided)
To return your product, you should mail your product to our store address (will be provided in email). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
